Educational Aims Module Management of Organizations

After finishing this module, the participant is able to

  • Apply the CINEFYN model, in a diagnostic sense,  to the participant’s own management dilemma.
  • Distinguish between various managmeent approaches and concepts related to ORG. 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 and Management 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 and apply them to their own personal management dilemma.
  • Formulate a 1 on 1 coherent and clearly defined research framework, consisting of a main research question elaborated in up to 3 sub-questions.
  • Demarc an appropriate systemic scope (splaying field) based on their own personal management dilemma (what), a primary stakeholder mapping (who) and   some concrete first steps.
  • Reflect from a diagnostic design approach as well as from a dialogical development approach on their own manager’s professional role.
  • Make a concrete design based on specific defined affirmative topic and know how to use it in their first steps.
  • Write a paper based on the literature provided for this module, in an academically responsible manner – containing all the above points.
