Goals of the course
Students who have completed this course
Are familiar with the most relevant change management currents, theories, and models within the field of Organisational Development & Change (ODC), and can name and comprehend them.
Possess social science knowledge and insights into designing a change program, leading change, and managing resistance to change.
Approach the field from a (social) psychological perspective, both at the individual and group levels.
Can recognize change management issues and challenges within their specific contexts.
Are capable of critically examining their own assumptions regarding what motivates others to change, as a basis for their development as interventionists – leaders, managers, or consultants.
